To help a person injured in a road accident, we should do the following things-

1. We should immediately inform the police about the accident.

Answer: 
One is not allowed to enter the railway station without a ticket. Therefore if anybody is caught entering the railway station without a ticket, he has to pay penalty.

No, because the smoke and carbon released from vehicles, does not reach there.

By using C.N.G. driven vehicles instead of petrol and diesel, installing pollution control equipment in factories, and by planting more trees/plants, we can reduce air pollution.
