Advertising different things like cars, chocolates, clothes, mobile phones, catch the attention of the viewers. Number of advertisements are broadcast during a television program. Same advertisements are shown repeatedly between a program and this makes the viewer often watching the same image over and over again. These advertisements are repeated with the hope that the viewer will get convinced and will buy what is advertised.

Through these advertisements not only the media groups are benefited but the brand owners whose brands are advertised are also benefited as their product becomes popular among the viewers. This gives a scope to them to sell more products and make profits. People are benefited as people can carefully compare the brands of various products being advertised and then buy the best product that suits their requirement.
