→ ज्यामितीय रचना करते समय हमें निम्न बातों का विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए

  • जिस आकृति की रचना करनी है उसका कच्चा चित्र पहले बनाना चाहिए तथा यह भी ध्यान रहे कि रेखाएँ स्पष्ट तथा गहरी पेंसिल से खींचनी चाहिए।
  • रचना के पदों का शब्दों में वर्णन किया जाना चाहिए।

→ दिए गए रेखाखण्ड को एक दिए गए अनुपात में निर्धारित पदों के आधार पर विभाजित करना।

→ एक दिए गए त्रिभुज के समरूप त्रिभुज की रचना करना, जबकि स्केल गुणक दिया गया हो (स्केल | गुणक़ एक से कम या एक से अधिक हो सकता है)।

→ किसी बाह्य बिन्दु से किसी वृत्त पर एक स्पर्श रेखा युग्म की रचना कर सकते हैं।

→ वृत्त की स्पर्श रेखा वह रेखा है जो वृत्त कोई एक बिन्दु पर प्रतिच्छेद करती हो।

→ किसी बाह्य बिन्दु से वृत्त पर खींचे गए दो स्पर्श रेखाखण्डों की लम्बाइयाँ बराबर होती हैं।
