Compare the drainage system in your locality with that of the cities mentioned in the lesson. What similarities and differences do you notice?
Answer: 
The drainage system of our locality is well managed. The system which is mentioned is this chapter is also well planned and organised.
The only difference which we find in both the drainage system is that in the ancient days, the system was made up of mud bricks therefore it was not long lasting and it was also not well maintained while today’s drainage system is made up of PVC (plastic polymer) cast iron, concrete, copper, fibre, etc. and well maintained by the government agencies and it is long lasting.
