Question 1. 
Fans don't talk, but it is possible to imagine that they do. What is it, then, that sounds like the fan's chatter? 
पंखे बात नहीं करते हैं, मगर यह कल्पना करना संभव है कि वे बात करते हैं। यह क्या है, तब जो पंखे में बकबक की सी ध्वनि करता है? 
Answer:
The noise that sounds like the fan's chatter is actually the sound created by its motor due to
the lack of oiling 
आवाज जो पंखे की बकबक का शोर करती है वास्तव में वह इसकी मोटर के द्वारा रचित है जो कि तेल की कमी के कारण होती है।

Answer:
I think that the talking fan was demanding some oil for its motor. It stopped chattering as soon as its motor was oiled.

मैं सोचता हूँ कि बात करने वाले पंखे की मोटर तेल की माँग कर रही थी। इसने तुरन्त ही बक बक करना बन्द कर दिया जैसे ही इसकी मोटर में तेल दिया गया। 

Question 4. 
How does an electrical fan manage to throw so much air when it is switched on? 
जब एक पंखे को चलाया जाता है तो बिजली का पंखा इतनी अधिक हवा फेंकने की व्यवस्था किस प्रकार से करता है? 
Answer:
An electrical fan has three blades and an electrical motor. When switched on, the motor starts and begins to rotate, thus, forcing the blades to move in a circular motion. This movement of the blades forces the air around to flow downwards in all directions. 

एक विद्युत पंखे में तीन पंखुड़ियाँ और एक बिजली की मोटर होती है। जब इसे चलाया जाता है तो इसकी मोटर चलती है | और घूमना शुरू कर देती है। इस तरह पंखुड़ियाँ एक गोलाकृति में गति करती हैं। इस तरह पंखुड़ियों की गति हवा को सभी ओर से ताकत मारती है कि वे नीचे की ओर बहे।

Is there a 'talking fan' in your house? Create a dialogue between the fan and a machanic. 
क्या आपके घर में एक बात करने वाला' पंखा है? पंखे और मिस्त्री के मध्य एक वार्तालाप बनाकर लिखें। 
Answer:
Yes, there is a talking fan in my house. One day it stopped working suddenly. Then, I called a mechanic. I showed the fan to him and went into the kitchen to get some water for him. I heard the mechanic tallking with fan. 
Fan - Hey! finally someone is there to help me. 
Mechanic - What do you want? Tell me, I'll help you. 
Fan - I don't exactly know my problem. What I know is that I have been feeling quite tired. It would take a lot of efforts for me to move my blades. Today morning when I tried moving my blades, I could not do it. 
Mechanic - Oh! That's not a big problem. You just need a little oiling. Here, I have put some oil into your moter. Now, you will run smoothly. 
Fan - Thank you so much!
