With Pankaj's help, the genie had cleaned his place and all the gifts were arranged properly. Now he could easily give people their desired gifts. Therefore, people started respecting the genie again. 

पंकज की मदद से जिन्न ने अपने घर को साफ कर लिया था एवं सभी उपहार ठीक ढंग से रखे गये थे अब वह लोगों को उनके इच्छित उपहार सरलता से दे पाता था। लोगों ने दोबारा जिन्न का आदर करना शुरू कर | दिया।

Draw a picture of genie and the magic lamp on a chart paper and write a paragraph on it describing what the genie does.
एक चार्ट पेपर पर जिन्न तथा जादुई चिराग का चित्रांकन कीजिए तथा एक पैराग्राफ लिखकर जिन्न के कार्यों का वर्णन कीजिए। 
Answer:
Genie is a supernatural creature who lives inside a magical lamp. When somebody rubs the lamp, the genie comes out and asks him for a wish. When the person asks for a gift, it is immediately granted. A genie grants all the wishes What ever they are ! 

जिन्न एक अलौकिक जीव है जो एक जादुई चिराग के भीतर रहता है। जब भी कभी कोई उस चिराग को रगड़ता है, तब जिन्न बाहर निकलकर उससे उसकी अभिलाषा की वस्तु माँगने के लिए कहता है। जब वह व्यक्ति किसी उपहार की कामना करता है, वह तुरन्त | स्वीकृत हो जाती है। जिन्न सभी मुरादों को पूर्ण करता है-चाहे वह जो भी हो।

हिन्दी अनुवाद-किसी समय की बात है एक जिन्न हुआ करता था। परन्तु यह निराला जिन्न चीजों को बिगाड़ने के लिए प्रसिद्ध था। जब भी कोई जादुई चिराग को रगड़ता था, वह बाहर निकल आता था और पूछता था, "आपकी क्या इच्छा है?" तत्पश्चात् एक विशाल धुएँ का बादल दिखाई देता था। सैकड़ों चीजें हवा में उड़ती थीं। जब कोई किसी वस्तु की अपेक्षा करता था, तब वह उसको धूल से इतना ढककर सामने लाता था कि कोई उसे स्पर्श तक नहीं करना चाहता था। उसकी गलतियाँ इतनी मूर्खतापूर्ण होती थीं कि कोई भी जादुई चिराग को पसन्द नहीं करता था। अतः, वह जिन्न बहुत साल तक बाहर नहीं निकला।

हिन्दी अनुवाद-किसी दिन, पंकज नाम के एक अकेले लड़के को वह चिराग मिल गया। उसने जिन्न के दु:खद रुदन को सुना। अतः उसने उसका मित्र बनने की कोशिश करने का निश्चय किया। उसने चिराग के भीतर जाने और बाहर आने की इच्छा की स्वीकृति चाही। जिन्न उसकी इस इच्छा को स्वीकृति दे कर बहुत खुश था। जैसे ही पंकज चिराग के भीतर गया, उसे जिन्न की समस्या समझ आ गई। ऐसा नहीं था कि वह एक बुरा जिन्न था। महज इतना था कि वह अव्यवस्थित था। चिराग के भीतर इधर-उधर सभी जगहों पर सब कुछ बिखरा हुआ था, चाहे वह आभूषण हों अथवा किताबें, नावें हों या ऊँट। यह स्पष्ट था कि सालों (वर्षों) से उस जगह की सफाई नहीं की गई थी। कोई भी चीज हाथ में उठाओ, बस, धूल का बादल ऊपर उड़ पड़ता था।
